During the presentation, you can simply click one of these thumbnail pictures that are cleverly linked to a matching hidden slide in your presentation and conveniently linked back to your first page of thumbnail buttons. You choose how to reinforce your points and can easily elaborate on others as it interests the audience. As you can see, this design could be very useful for sales people who do not always impress with “we will get to that.” All presentation styles benefit from giving an outline handout but do not mistake this with a duplicate of the presentation. In either scenario, the idea is that you maintain your flexibility to give your presentation in an indispensable, memorable and flexible way that caters to your ever changing and diverse audiences.

For the final phase, there is no avoiding the need for live rehearsal, assembling of your props, running through your games or questions as well as having your associated handouts and demonstrations updated for that new audience. We can package this up in a folder but if we have not reviewed and updated our presentation, we will deliver like an out- of- date HAL 9000 and the audience will wonder where to trade us in!

Let’s start by laying some ground work. Obviously, in a 6 number lotto, 6 numbers are drawn. Therefore, over 100 drawings, 600 numbers are drawn. So, if we use the Illinois 6/52 lotto as an example, each lotto number should HIT 11.54 times. 600/52 = 11.54 This is logical, straight forward and wrong.
What do you mean, wrong? The mathematics is correct! Well, it’s wrong for a couple of reasons. First, how can any lotto number HIT 11.54 times? It can’t. It can HIT 11 times or 12 times but never 11.54 times. Of course, I’m playing with you. But, I’m doing it to make a point. Do you see it? In order for the average to come out as a decimal fraction, some numbers must HIT more often than others.
Second, that average, 11.54, is very weak. It’s weak because it is based on only 100 lottery drawings. In fact, it is so weak that some numbers may HIT 20 times and others will only HIT 5 times and everything else in between. These fluctuations above and below the expected average decrease as more drawings are held; the average becomes stronger.
I’m going to use a classic example to make my next point.
Most people should know that the most probable outcome resulting from flipping a random coin 100 times is 50 heads and 50 tails. However, in reality you’re more likely to get some other result; like 60 heads and 40 tails. In this case, there is a 20% error from what is expected. (60-50)/50 = 0.20 The mathematician would not be alarmed by this. He would simply say you haven’t run enough trials. And, as you run more trials the percent error begins to shrink.
For example, if you were to conduct 500 trials the results begin to tighten to 550 heads and 450 tails. Now the percent error is only 10%. If you went all the way to 10,000 trials, you finally reach the point where, for all intents and purposes, the number of heads equals the number of tails; 5005 heads versus 4995 tails or 0.1% error. So, as you run more trials, the fluctuations shrink, the percent error shrinks and the average becomes stronger.
Now, here’s the startling revelation! With the coin, there were only two possible outcomes; heads or tails. It took 10,000 trials before the wild fluctuations averaged themselves out. How many trials do you think it’s going to take before all lotto numbers HIT the same number of times when there are not 2 possible outcomes, but 20,358,520 possible outcomes? I don’t know what that number is but there are probably more zeros in that number than there are dollars in your paycheck.
It’s a huge number! So, for all intents and purposes, it could take millions of years before all lotto numbers hit the same number of times. This is great news to serious lotto players everywhere.
Why because, in lotto parlance, our life time represents the very, very short term. And, in the short term, wide variation will exist between the number of hits for HOT and Cold numbers. So, in our life time, consistently putting those HOT numbers in our play list gives us a long term statistical advantage. It improves our chances of winning the lotto.

Avoid using audio on your site
If your visitor is going to stay a long time at your site, reading your content, you will want to make sure they’re not annoyed by some audio looping on and on.
Peoples’ tastes in music vary, and what might sound like a pleasant melody to you, can be an annoying noise to someone else.
A couple of years ago, having an audio greeting to encourage people to stick around and read the sales letter or sign up for an eZine was all the rage. Every “guru” was plugging the idea. I split tested it on one of my websites and found conversion fell by a whopping 60% where I added the audio greeting. Needless to say, I dropped it right away!
If you insist on adding audio, make sure visitors have some control over it – volume or muting controls etc.
Video is a different matter, however. An embedded link from a video streaming site such as YouTube can really enhance your website. A picture is worth a thousand words, and if you can actively demonstrate something on your website, it can improve your visitor’s experience of your site.
As with audio, you should make sure the visitor has control over whether he or she watches the video. Do not set the video to play automatically, rather let your visitors click on the play link themselves.
Video testimonials can be a real inducement to purchase your product or service as prospects can see the testimonials are genuine and from “real people”. Go easy on the number of videos on your site, though, as too many can really slow your site’s loading speed.
