Before diving into software coding, you should have a broad architectural plan for your application. Keep in mind that an application’s architecture is distinctly different from the network architecture. From the application developer’s perspective, the network architecture is fixed and provides a specific set of services to applications. The application architecture, on the other hand, is designed by the application developer and dictates how the application is structured over the various end systems. In choosing the application architecture, an application developer will likely draw on one of the two predominant architectural paradigms used in modern network applications: the client-server architecture or the peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture.
In a client-server architecture, there is an always-on host, called the server, which services requests from many other hosts, called clients. The client hosts can be either sometimes-on or always-on. A classic example is the Web application for which an always-on Web server services requests from browsers running on client hosts. When a Web server receives a request for an object from a client host, it responds by sending the requested object to the client host. Note that with the client- server architecture, clients do not directly communicate with each other; for example, in the Web application, two browsers do not directly communicate. Another characteristic of the client-server architecture is that the server has a fixed, well- known address, called an IP address (which we’ll discuss soon). Because the server has a fixed, well-known address, and because the server is always on, a client can always contact the server by sending a packet to the server’s address. Some of the better-known applications with a client-server architecture include the Web, F1’R Telnet, and e-mail.
Often in a client-server application, a single server host is incapable of keeping up with all the requests from its clients. For example, a popular social-networking site can quickly become overwhelmed if it has only one server handling all of its requests. For this reason, a cluster of hosts—sometimes referred to as a server farm—is often used to create a powerful virtual server in client-server architectures. Application services that are based on the client-server architecture are often infrastructure intensive, since they require the service providers to purchase, install, and maintain server farms. Additionally, the service providers must pay recurring interconnection and bandwidth costs for sending an4 receiving data to and from the Internet. Popular services such as search engines (e.g., Google), Internet commerce (e.g., Amazon and e-Bay), Web- based v-mail (e.g, Yahoo Mail), social networking (e.g., MySpace and Facebook), and video sharing (e.g., YouTube) are infrastructure intensive and costly to provide.
In a P2P architecture, there is minimal (or no) reliance on always-on infrastructure servers. Instead the application exploits direct communication between pairs of intermittently connected hosts, called peers. The peers are not owned by the service provider, but are instead desktops and laptops controlled by users, with most of the peers residing in homes, universities, and offices. Because the peers communicate without passing through a dedicated server, the architecture is called peer-to-peer. Many of today’s most popular and traffic-intensiye applications are based on P2P architectures. These applications include file distribution (e.g., BitTorrent), file searching/sharing (e.g., eMule and LimeWire), Intemet telephony (e.g., Skype), and IPTV (e.g., PPLive).

192.168.1.1 is best explained as a network. However there is more to it than that. It has several functions that make it significant for users and network managers.
Private Addresses defined
This address is thought of as personal. This designation suggests that groups that need them do not have to head to the RIR ( regional net registry ). The other IP addresses often need clearance from the regional net registry. Those labeled private are not coursed along the general public Web.
For this to happen, the Network Address translation ( NAT ) is obligatory. If that is not available, a stand in server can also be used. Others wish to run a gateway instead.
Uses of 192.168.1.1
By far the most frequent function remains for Web service providers. For houses that have 2 or more PCs, the NAT is a must have. It helps facilitate the movement of information. Of course its use isn’t restricted to the home. Firms that have large networks often use this gateway too.
One reason is that these networks are linked to the Web. Due to this, those non non-public lines are not required. Besides the NAT, they also use other elements. These can include SOCKS or a proxy server. As the connection is personal, it tends to be more secure too. The biggest security benefit is a website host can’t link to it at once.
Issue with 192.168.1.1 usage
It isn’t uncommon for companies to have the same IP address. The issue becomes evident during a combine. To resolve this dilemma, a NAT is inserted into the system. In some cases, renumbering may be the single option. While it is boring, it is at present the only 1 available.
Web seepages
Even if it’s private, poor design will result in leaks. If the network isn’t correctly set up, issues could emerge. If the system goes for reverse DNS lookups, they will just add pressure to the nameservers. Stopping this IP logjam is possible with well designed black hole anycast servers.
Bear in mind that the address can be routed. Addresses like 192.168.1.1 can be routed in the middle of the internal network. It’s not global , but inside its bounds routing is very imaginable.
Edge Routers
These are used to mend nameserver overload. They can eliminate the unnecessary IP logjam from networks. This problem can happen by accident. However there are times it can be brought about by hacking. The need to protect private networks for home or corporations is wanted to keep hacking down.
IPv6
The use of non-public networks will continue with IPv6. The current agreement states the following. The block will be fc00;;/7. The names will be ULA ( Unique Local Addresses ). To stop collisions,
random numbers will be added. The 40 bit will be placed on the prefix. This is principally to keep personal networks from coming into conflict. These are local addresses but the extent is worldwide.
The functions of 192.168.1.1 and other IP addresses are common. At times it can be complicated. Persisting will be necessary though. With routers and networks becoming common, understanding how they work becomes necessary.

In today’s article, I’m going to quickly inform you about the Cisco IOS Global configuration command named “access-list remark”.
CCNA’s (like you) use the “access-list remark” command to write a helpful comment (remark) for an entry in a numbered IP access list.
Note: The comment (remark) can be up to 100 characters long; and any comment (remark) that is longer than 100 characters will be truncated.
Below is the command’s syntax:
access-list access-list-number remark remark
As you can see, the command uses the access-list-number and remark arguments.
access-list-number – This argument is used to indicate the number of an IP access list.
remark – And, this argument is the actual comment (remark) that describes the access list entry. (Remember the comment (remark) has a limit of 100 characters)
Below is an example of the command being used:
Router>enable
Router#configure terminal
Router(config)#access-list 1 remark Only allow the abc workstation to get through
Router(config)#access-list 1 permit 172.69.2.98
Router(config)#access-list 1 remark Do not allow the xyz workstation to get through
Router(config)#access-list 1 deny 172.69.3.14
Router(config)#exit
Router#copy run start
In the example above, the workstation on the abc network that has the IP address 172.69.2.98 will be able to get its IP traffic through; but, the workstation that is on the xyz network that has the IP address 172.69.3.14 will not.
As you can clearly see, the access-list remark statements are commenting on the ACL behavior.
And, like with mostly all Cisco IOS commands; you can use the word “no” in front of the command to remove (disable) the configured command; like you see below:
Router(config)#no access-list 1 remark
By the way, if you decide to use the command, make sure your router(s) is running Cisco IOS 12.0(2)T or higher.
I hope this article was very informative and helped you quickly understand the usage of the access-list remark command. If you need to learn more; I suggest you visit my website, were you’ll find the latest information regarding the Cisco CCNA (640-553) Security exam techniques.

Skype (one of the most popular PC-to-PC VoIP systems) uses a proprietary protocol which means that it is not easy to connect to the Skype network from another VoIP Providers.
To make a call, you simply dial as usual, via a handset or a computer microphone. The call is answered, you speak, you say goodbye. Painless! VoIP also offers call features such as caller ID and forwarding calls to voice mail.
Many of VoIP companies that offers free VoIP services offers only VoIP calls
to certain locations for free.
There are hundreds of VoIP providers to choose from and this number is growing by the week.
If you love the sound of VoIP, but aren’t prepared to put up with the restrictions above, it’s worth considering a completely different, much more flexible way of implementing VoIP providers and making cheap international calls.
You can, of course, combine these two ways of implementing VoIP and tailor-make a system that’s perfect for you. It depends on your own needs and calling habits.
Some VoIP providers don’t distinguish between local and long distance calls, so you basically get all your calls one month for just a service fee.
-If you are regularly on the move and connect to the Internet at various locations, your VoIP Providers will keep track of your current IP address which will allow other people to contact you no matter where you are.

Let’s Take Care Of The Requirements
Setting up your computer to block websites is easy, unfortunately it’s also easy for people (your kids for example) to undo your changes to the Windows HOSTS file. In order to prevent this from happening we need to setup at least 2 user accounts.
One account will be an Administrator (you) and the other account will be a limited user account (your kids). Your Administrator account should have a strong password that no one else knows (especially your kids). The limited user account(s) do not have to have passwords, but they can if you want.
Limited user accounts prevent people from making changes to the computer. Therefore your kids will NOT be able to install new software, change settings or delete system files.
Setting up administrator and limited user accounts is easy but they are quite a few steps. So, I have created a article that shows you how to create a limited user account in Windows XP and Vista. I’ll also show you how to make an administrator account
Please make sure you have your Administrator and limited user accounts setup before reading the rest of this article.
How Your Computer Finds Websites
Before we start talking about what the Windows Host file is, lets look at how your computer finds websites.
1. You open your web browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox).
2. You type in an address like www.yahoo.com and click enter.
3. Your computer queries the Windows host file for the ip address of yahoo.com This ip address looks like 206.190.60.37.
4. Since your HOSTS file does not have an entry for yahoo.com your computer will query the DNS servers listed in your TCP/IP settings for the ip address of yahoo.com.
5. Your computer gets the ip address for yahoo.com and your browser displays the yahoo.com home page.
So, those 5 steps above are actually a simplistic explanation for how your computer finds and loads a website.
Block Websites With The Windows HOSTS File
Ok, since we now know that our computer looks for websites locally first (in the HOSTS file) we can edit the contents of the HOSTS file so that our PC NEVER goes on the internet to find websites. Sounds sorta confusing huh?
Basically it means every website we add to our hosts file will not load if we set the value of the website to 127.0.0.1 (which is your computer). Here is an example.
Your kids are going to myspace.com a lot and they are picking up all kinds of nasty viruses (yes, many viruses come from myspace.com pages). You need to put a stop to it. Here’s how:
1. Login as Administrator
2. Click Start (or the little globe in the bottom left if on Vista)
3. Click Run (in Vista just type where it say’s “start search”)
4. Type in the word: Drivers. Click Enter.
5. Double Click the Etc folder.
6. Right Click the hosts file, then click properties.
7. Uncheck the read only checkmark if it is checked.
8. Click apply, then click OK.
9. Double Click the hosts file.
10. Windows will ask you to choose the program to open the file with. Click Notepad
11. You will see an extry that looks just like: 127.0.0.1 localhost
12. We are going to add our myspace.com entry below this entry. Type 127.0.0.1 myspace.com
13. Click Save
14. Now, try going to myspace.com….you can’t. You computer thinks that myspace.com resides on your local pc, of course it doesn’t, so the site never loads.
15. Done! Add any other sites or domains you’d like to block.

VoIP is a method by which calls can be made via a digital signal instead of a telephone line. The term VoIP stands for voice over internet protocol, and is basically the term used to describe the journey of voice signals via an IP address.
VoIP uses a high speed internet connection instead of the transmission of voice signals via a regular telephone line. When you talk through a VoIP device the signal travels digitally via your internet connection to the person at the other end. Depending on the device used the signal may have to transfer from a phone signal into a digital signal, and then back into a phone signal at the other end.
The original, and still most common method of individuals using VoIP, is communication through a computer. Two people can communicate by talking through microphones connected to their computers, with the voice of the other person coming through the speakers. This is the cheapest method of VoIP communication as the signal can travel entirely digitally via the internet. Skype is the best known and most popular provider, and with them calls from one computer to another are free, wherever you are calling worldwide. As well as computer to computer you can also call a telephone from a computer using such a provider. When this is the case the signal transfers from a digital signal into a telephone signal at the other end so it can travel through the other person’s telephone set. This is not free, but the cost is still minimal if compared to calls between two telephones.
Using computers is no longer the only way that people can communicate using VoIP. There are now telephone adaptors available that turn an analogue signal into a digital signal, and then back into an analogue signal at the other end. The adaptor connects the telephone into a special router which connects it to the internet. After someone has spoken into the telephone it travels through the adaptor, which converts the analogue signal into a digital one. The signal then travels through the internet to the recipient. If the person on the other end is also using such an adaptor it will then travel through their adaptor, which will convert the signal back into analogue.
As well as VoIP adaptors, there are also VoIP phones now on the market. To the user a VoIP phone works the same way as a regular telephone. The difference comes in the way that the signal travels. A VoIP phone is connected to an Ethernet cable which is plugged directly into a router or modem. It is effectively using the technology in the same way as if you were using a computer, but to the user it is like using a telephone.
The main selling point of VoIP is that it is significantly cheaper than using a regular telephone line. The technology costs less for the provider meaning the consumer saves money. Many providers offer an unlimited number of calls per month, often including international, for a standard monthly fee.
VoIP is a relatively new technology, and due to the costs savings it offers, it is becoming more and more popular. The quality is not yet the same as with a regular telephone but it is getting better all the time.

Development is base of the life, people started with simple computer, after some time they started using laptops, same was the case with networking, started with wired networks, but now we have moved forward to using wireless networks.
Microsoft also understands the need of wireless networks, so Microsoft added the feature of wireless network in the Windows XP , but the most important thing in wireless network is computer security
.
Now the question arises how to create wireless network.
There are four steps to set up a wireless network
1 Choose your wireless equipment.
2 Connect your wireless router.
3 Configure your wireless network.
4 Connect to the computer.
1 Choosing the wireless equipment is the one major issue , as the strength of the wireless network is totally dependent on the wireless equipment . So select a good wireless router for creating the wireless network.
2 Second step is connecting the wireless network.
For this step we need to have Internet connections to the wireless router.
3 Now the third and the most important one is configuring the wireless router
For configuring the wireless router using network cable connect the router cable with the network port of the computer temporally. Open the Internet explorer, and type the IP address of that router. With default user name and password. After that Internet explorer will open a router configuration page on the IE with the fields detailing
Wireless network name, called as WEP
Wireless encryption key (WEP)
Your administrative password.
Save the settings and click OK.
4 Connect to the computer.
And last but not the least, connect to the computer is the most important factor.
If you do not have computer support for the wireless network in that case we need to have network adapter. Having its antenna, when we connect that adapter to the computer USB windows XP SP2 will automatically detects the wireless network. It will prompt antenna like icon on the task bar
Once that icon start prompting
Right click that (wireless network) icon > click the View available wireless network.
Once Network connection appears, then wireless network connection is connected. > Click Refresh network list and after that click on the Connect. After that Windows XP will ask to enter a WEP key and that only those are able to connect to the wireless net work
Finally remove the wire which we have connected between the router and computer.
Thus the wireless network is mainly used for the laptops, it remove all the hurdles faced during the wired network.

IP address: Internet Protocol address is a numeric address that is translated in to a domain name by the DNS.
Monetizing: The plan of establishing and placing adverts and other forms of income on a website these could be text links or secondary forms of income like an email subscription.
PHP: Hypertext pre-processor is a programming language used to make many of today’s proxy scripts.
PHP Proxy: This is one form of script which is designed to allow users to surf websites whilst keeping all of their details safe and secure.
PHP Phantom: A free web proxy script offering different results to other proxy scripts that it is competing with.
Proxy: A server linking a user and the internet that acts as a gateway to let the user a connection to a destination (website).

The most often seen problem with sending an email is that the e-mail address isn’t entered properly. Spell check all of your work. Re-read the address, checking for superfluous punctuation and spaces. Is it possible that the party changed their email address? Simply because you’ve hit “reply” doesn’t mean that the sender’s own email address entered in the “reply to” field has been spelled correctly. It’s true, this occurs more frequently than you think.
The persons mailbox may be completely filled, or put on disabled – You can’t do anything about this except for contacting the mailbox holder another way and let him/her know about the problem.
Mail was rejected due to size or what it contains – Attempt to transmit a more minimal message with just text and without attachments to discover if that works.
The destination mail system has not been in service for a great while, and could not accept the mail within the time allotted. – Use other methods to reach the mailbox holder and inform him of the problem, or be patient and try again in another day or so.
Sending mail server does not correctly identify itself: Your ISP or Host should be able to repair the mail server if it’s not recognizing itself. The system name your computer transmits in the EHLO conversation must be identical to the DNS name of the IP address that your computer is currently attached to in order to be RFC 2821 compliant.
Bad email headers: Some mail servers will automatically check the message headers for validity and other common errors. Leaving aside the main content of the message, anything suspicious in the email header can result in messages being rejected. For just one example, the server will note the time the email should have been sent.
RBL Lists: Some servers which are known to be spammers could be listed in spamming databases. Some IP addresses will be rejected.
Sender verify failed: The person getting the e-mail confirms that the mail was sent by a valid party and acceptable IP address. Check the reply-to in your email to be sure it is valid and correct. Sender verification may need to be disabled if your financial institution often sends emails without a reply-to address.
SPF Record mismatch: These records were started due to servers beginning to do Sender Verification. Fake email accounts can be created by spammers. Thus, the spam senders merely began utilizing email addresses of actual mailboxes as their return addresses.
SPR records were created so the receiving server could monitor the IP of the incoming email source and map it to the IP that it should be from. If the e-mail does not match, it could be rejected as being unwanted spam.
Heuristic spam filters: These filters are “smart” filters that look at patterns and commonalities among spam e-mails and reject these e-mails when they fall into a red flagged category. They check the subject of the message, the text of the message, they check against RBL databases (above) and learn certain key words such as ‘viagra’ and other common spam words that have been deliberately misspelled in the hopes of by-passing the filter.

An Orkut proxy server is something you will need to use if you want to access this very popular online community site. Even if you have very little knowledge about the technical aspects of computing, learning to use these servers is not that hard to comprehend.
There is nothing more frustrating that not being able to get access to this site simply because the school or university has installed a firewall or an application that blocks any attempt on your part to get to this site. As with most firewalls, they work by keeping tabs of your IP address so that when the software sees you are trying to get to the Orkut site, the filter turns on. However, with an Orkut proxy server, you can overcome this.
If you have no experience in using this utility, start by looking it up on the Internet. It is only normal to feel a bit apprehensive about using it; how can this service make sure that the user will not get detected? There are many techniques used, but at its most basic, what happens is that the server acts like a decoy, tricking the filtering software or firewall into believing that another computer is going through the Web page and not your computer.
Now that you have an understanding of how an Orkut proxy server can keep you safe online, it is simply a matter of looking for them. They are not that hard to find, and a quick look into a search engine will reveal scores of sites filled with these servers. Not all of them will be fast of course; indeed some of them may be difficult to connect to at all.
One of the things that you can do is to grab a list of servers and have another program check their reliability. Potentially, this can save a lot of time, as some servers get bogged down either due to system difficulties or traffic.
An Orkut proxy server’s speed and location can be determined by these applications, many of which you can use for free. Aside from this, you can also bookmark some websites that update their lists on a regular basis.
The number of options on the Net has now made it easier than ever for anyone to visit this online community site at any point, and with more of these free sites emerging, expect their number not only to increase but improve as well.

Some people do not even know there is such a thing as a public proxy server, but they are actually important and used properly can help you with your Internet connection and the way you browse the Web.
One of the main benefits of using this service is that it makes for the transfer and retrieval of commonly accessed files much more quickly. Think of the Internet browser that you are using. It has a folder there that stores your most recently downloaded files, and when you disconnect from the server or hit the back button, the page will be displayed much faster. The reason is that the files in the folder are displayed instead. If you go through the same stuff over and over, this will be a boost and lessen the waiting time.
The public proxy server does the same thing. When you download a file its contents are stored in the server, so when you need to look at it again, retrieval will be much easier. This is another reason why a lot of companies that are on networks make use of this connection or something similar to it. However this will have an opposite effect if the link between your computer and the server is slow.
Another major benefit is that it protects your privacy when you are online. Anyone who has been using the Internet for a while will realize that there are numerous cookies, scripts and other programs that websites use to track your IP address, the pages you visit and also the items you click on. A public proxy server will eradicate this info, so the spammers will have nothing to work with. The same thing can be said with potential hackers.
If you visit websites dedicated to the use this utility, you will also realize that this is the device that is used by people to overcome the restrictions that are presented by the existence of a firewall. A firewall is a piece of software that is installed in the computer so that access to websites are limited and restricted to the ones preferred by the administrator.
These are just some of the reasons why you will want to try this service. It provides you with increased security, anonymity, speed and best of all most of them are free. With technology evolving and getting faster and more integrated, expect the public proxy server to get better and more proficient down the line.

An anonymous proxy is a computer program designed to hide your identity when browsing the Internet. The program runs from a third party server and handles data exchange between you and the servers you want to access, such as websites, web mail, and chat rooms. With an anonymous proxy, you never deal directly with the places you visit; you send and receive data via the proxy. It is “anonymous†because it hides information about you such as your IP address and geographic location. In addition to this, an anonymous proxy can protect you from spyware and tracking devices such cookies, pop-ups and malicious scripts.
Why use an anonymous proxy server? There are a number of benefits to using one, namely:
- Ability to bypass network restrictions
- Increased privacy
- Faster browsing
Suppose you use a computer in school or work. The local area network has banned a website that you want to access. Or you may be trying to access a site that forbids visitors from your country. If you have ever wondered how to bypass network restrictions, an anonymous proxy is the answer. Because your IP address is either changed or hidden, the site doesn’t recognize you for who/where you really are and you gain free access. Note however that willfully circumventing network or website restrictions may be illegal. If you want to use a proxy just to access banned sites, ask yourself if it’s really worth the risk.
Anonymous proxies may also be used to surf anonymously. Do you want to cover your tracks, hide your surfing interests and/or not be recognized by a web admin? An anonymous proxy will let you do just that. No one will know your IP address, returning visits, browser type or country of origin.
Finally, you can accelerate web browsing using a proxy server. Proxies often cache pages and files that other users have requested before you. If you send a request and the proxy finds it’s already there in the cache, it will display it instantly.
An anonymous proxy can also be used for malicious reasons. The server owner could be a hacker or spammer who retrieves e-mail passwords, account numbers and other sensitive data. It is important to find an anonymizer that enables secure connections so you can encrypt your data during transit.
Sometimes knowing how to bypass network restrictions and surf unseen can be a bad thing. Anonymous proxies can be used to harass or stalk people online. If you get e-mail messages and discover from the headers that the sender is using an anonymous server, contact the server owner and the authorities to report the incident. Never reply to the spammer or stalker.
For best and safest results, it is highly advisable that you use only a trusted proxy server with a clean track record. It may cost you a little unlike free proxies, but then again is there a price for your privacy and security?

The MIRC proxy server works and functions in much the same way as the anonymous servers you use when you are online. Not only does it give privacy, but any data about your computer is withheld, so there is no danger of exposing yourself in any manner whatsoever to a third party.
Using this server with your MIRC program is not complicated at all. The first step is to open the software itself. If you have not yet installed the program, you can do so by downloading it from any of the various software sites scattered on the Web. Once you have finished downloading the file, you can proceed to install the program by clicking the exe file.
Now you can modify the MIRC proxy server settings. You double click the application, and when it has launched, just go to the file menu and chose “setupâ€. Point your mouse towards the firewall tab and click. Place a check next to the “use SOCKS firewall†text. Now put in the host field the name of the server you have selected. In the port enter 1080 or whatever number the server uses.
There are few other options there. Remove the check mark (if any) on the “indented server†and ignore the ID and password fields. At the local info box, put in the IP address that was given your system when you set it up for the TCI/IP. Depending on the MIRC proxy server, you must choose either “on connect†or “always getâ€. The normal and quick options usually work for most servers; either one will do.
Once all of these have been prepared, you can run the program as you normally would. The only difference is that you are now anonymous, and regardless of which channel you enter, any information or data concerning you or your system will not be shown. It should be noted though, that the speed of your connection will be determined by the server you use. If you find yourself lagging, try another server. Because there are sites that list these links, finding one that works will not be difficult.
Locating an MIRC proxy server is no more difficult than looking for a public or Web based server. If you enjoy chatting in these channels but have always been concerned about your security, these services can provide the protection you need while still enjoying the features of the application.

A lot of people consider using anonymous web proxy servers to be a good way to protect themselves while surfing the Internet while increasing your online security at the same time. But online users should also remember that there are good and bad parts with using anonymous proxy servers. For example, you have probably used a proxy server at work or school. A proxy server is a computer that is used to send and get online requests. When you are at work, your requests for an online page is sent to the proxy server which then sends out the online page and gives it back to your browser.
There are numerous benefits that a web proxy server offers like cache duplicates of popular sites to improve surfing speed. Aside from that, requests for online pages can also be monitored so that inappropriate content can be blocked. It gives your employer or school officials power to control what you surf through a specific connection.
For those individuals who would like to keep their online surfing private from prying eyes like identity thieves and hackers, anonymous proxy servers offer the chance of privacy. Because it is the server that requests the online page and gives it back to the user then the only data in the logs of the online server you visit is the IP address of the anonymous proxy server.
Unknown proxy servers will also not give the X Forwarded For header which would usually feature your IP address so there is no data of your IP address on the web server.
Although an anonymous web proxy server can protect your online identity to some degree there are some disadvantages with it such as: a lot of anonymous proxy servers on the web are infected proxy servers that are made to infect viruses or spyware on thew computers of anyone who utilizes them.
Aside from that, the owner of the online server will be unaware that it is being used as a web proxy server. Anonymous web proxy servers can be very slow as you are sending your page request to the online server first which gives it to the online page. Most of your web activity is in text which can be intercepted by anyone who wishes to spy on your activities.
In the end, it will be up to you on whether you want to use an anonymous web proxy server. Just remember to weigh the pros and cons of this procedure before deciding on whether or not to use it.
