What gives the government the right to tax people on their property?
Think about it. What gives them the right to make bad decisions that one has to pay for? When we make a mistake we have to pay for it from our own pockets.Then why do these governmental persons not take the losses from out of their wages and pensions? They are the ones who made the mistakes.
They are the one telling us what we should and shouldn’t do. EG, Does a company usually take responsibility for the actions of an employee? The employees seem to be the bossy ones.
Why should people pay for something they don’t want and don’t need? That has been implemented by incompetent representatives of the public? Just because a few persons want something,
If just one person does not want something. Then why should another have to pay for what someone else wants? Since when does your neighbour eat at your table telling you what you should and shouldn’t do? Why is it you can have a very distasteful person representing a government, pushing the public around without any recourse?
Why is it a fact that assessments to property taxes go up when they see another persons property be sold at a higher price then what they or you are willing to or payed for it?
No one told these public employees you wanted to sell your property to gain a profit. No one told anyone that just because a neighbour has bought or sold a piece of property that you were in the ruining to make a profit off the sale of you house or property. Let alone theirs! You had nothing to do with someone Else’s decisions.
Better still, how is it you seem like your facing a firing squad when you want to dispute a tax assessment. Here’s the main point. Your supposed to be in a court. Out here they say you have to pay us first. [some don't have the funds to dispute] before you even get in front of the firing squad.
Now they make you feel like your guilty even before you start. You have a judge, A secretary to take notes, A couple of board members,Then a few assistant judges, in most cases. All facing you the plaintiff! These are all legally trained in their fields. (trained negotiators.) Not us!
You already got the odds against you by about 5 or 6 to one. They demeanor you from the start. By out numbering you and psychologically they got you pegged from the start. They have gone threw this many times and know just how to off balance you so you don’t have a chance.
Take the selling of a house a goodly distance away from your place. They use this and compare tit for tat. You lost. But still what gives them the right to compare an apple from an orange. And who gave them the right to say and compare values just to raise property taxes?
Who said you or anyone else had plans to sell or move. Why can’t they just leave you alone?
They are not living in your house. Your house should be your domain of residence without abnormalities. Just because someone else sold and made a profit. Why should what someone else has done include you? They are not at your eating table or in your house.
Then comes the biggest stickler of all. This is a valid statement to the point: Ask how is it anyone can sell, tax or resell property any part of any ones property when it supposedly does not belong to them? If that is true, then is it a fact they would be guilty of a crime? We believe the answer would be yes. Therefore one should not have to pay taxes to any governmental office for no matter what they say.
Now can we prove this? YES we can. This will apply in Canada and including the United States. [thought you fellows would get away with this one hey?] Now we will start with Canada, Because this is much easier to explain, as most of you won’t believe this. In Canada they call public land as Crown land.
Which was representative of and from the queen. Big problem with this. The queen does not own the so called crown land [nor does she own her crown!] Fact. If you don’t believe me. Then we’ll suggest you do a study on crown land and include the papacy! Oh Oh! Can of worms!
This is what gets me up tight and really dislodged ones madness! The papacy has stated awhile back that they had claimed everything from the north pole to the south pole. And it is a fact this can be found in documentations. Why do you think the queen sucks up to the POPE? Just to explain a little more.

Now what really stumps us, The question rises, How can any government or group of people say you owe them money for taxes when they by rights did not pay one cent for that property you own, and paid for. They didn’t work for it. They don’t do the maintenance, Yes they may have provided a few external services now and then.
Then comes another stickler. How can these government officials and employees give themselves raises without your permission? If they are supposed to represent you. Why are they allowed to say and take as much for pensions without public input? Was it to be taxes were only supposed to be temporary? By rights they should have to ask if we comply and Not be forced to pay taxes, by bulling tactics. You will see this truth will all come out sooner or later. When the beast rears his ugly head!
