Do you like romantic stories? How about trying out interactive one? Finding My Heart is an awesome adventure game, where you’ve got to learn emotions to get back your love.
The game starts with a short introduction, where your girlfriend throws you out the door because “you” (the game character) only play the computer games and don’t devote any time to her! (Sounds familiar? Anyone?) Now, you have to learn to express your love to bring love back into your relationship and fix up the broken love.
The characters in Finding My Heart are extremely lively, cute and memorable. While they don’t talk real language, the emotions they express through the body language and the small speech bubble icons are very understandable and you’ll find yourself enjoying those little scenes and laughing on how cute this looks. The storyline is quite touching and won’t leave anybody indifferent.
The aim of Finding My Heart is to learn 6 different communication skills and use them to convince your girlfriend to get back together. At the start of the game you only have 1 skill – talking. But that’s obviously not enough. It’s funny to see how that doesn’t work with the hobo – click him and he’ll start talking, click your talking skill – and both of them will start talking not listening each other. That’s a perfect cartoonish and funny example how it often happens in real life, so you might even learn something from the game!
To learn new skills, you have to use those skills you already know in the correct order on different characters – every character has 1 skill for you to learn, so keep trying different combinations on different characters to get what you need. Once you get all the skills, go back to your girlfriend and use all your skills to win her heart again!
There are secret coins hidden throughout the game – a total of 5. Once you finish the game, click the “skip” arrow on the “The End” screen to go to the game shop, and there you can use your game coins to buy some funny stuff from the game. I recommend you looking at the Sketch Pad – how the game was created, it’s a fun things to see. If you’ve liked the game characters, you can also get the Avatar Pack, Icon Pack, Desktop Image or Music Pack.
All in all, this is a great game, and is definitely recommended to everyone! You have nothing to lose – it’s free, it doesn’t take much time, and it’s really fun! Just load up the game and see if you like it.

In recent years there has been a massive increase in websites providing players with software to play poker over the internet. Many players started playing poker online and find the prospect of playing against other players in person daunting. Conversely a lot of players that began playing in Casinos or home games don’t like the idea of playing against faceless opponents and placing trust in computer software. This article aims to look at some of the differences between the two types of play, hopefully letting both online and live players feel comfortable to delve into both types of the game.
The most obvious difference between playing online and playing in person is the way that players can observe their opponents. In a casino game for example players can watch one anothers body language, reaction times and general demeanor to try and gauge what level of hand they are playing with. In online play this is clearly not possible. However there still are a variety of tells that players can look out for such as how often they play hands, how fast the respond and how aggressively they bet. Although these tells are different being able to adapt is integral to being a good poker player and those who play regularly will quickly learn what they need to look out for when moving between online and in-person play.
Online play can also offer advantages to the amateur player. Most sites provide a lot of information on the basics, the ability to analyse what hands the player has played as well as the option to play for fun with no money on the line. These 3 things make online poker an easy place to learn the game placing them in a great position to make the step to playing for money; either online or in casinos.
In addition to this players can also play online for far lower limits than are enforced in casinos. While casino limits are generally £1/2 at the lowest, however some online games can dip as low as 0.1/0.2p. This allows new players to enter games at far lower stakes than they can in traditional casino play.
Unlike in real casinos players also have the option to sit at multiple tables at the same time. This allows players the option to increase their winnings (or potentially their losses) over the same time period without upping the limits that they play at. Similarly to this playing at one table is also typically faster online, with dealing being automated and bets/raises automatically calculated.
If you are about to start playing online it is worth looking for sites that offer a poker deposit bonus, most of the good poker sites will offer these and they help to stretch your money a bit further.

In recent years video conferencing has become an extremely popular method of holding business meetings. This kind of meeting solution works so well because it enables businesses/individuals to hold meetings that could involve anything from two people to hundreds of people. And, the people in the meeting can all potentially be in different locations all over the world.
In the past audio conference calls were the main solution offered to solve the problem of getting people together and cutting down on travel and time management costs. Today’s technology, however, has seen video conferencing used as a viable alternative. This alternative is, in fact, now often chosen over standard conference calls.
Video conferencing often wins out over conference calls here because it gives people in a meeting the chance to actually see the other people who are ‘attending’ this remote meeting and to talk to each other face to face. Although audio conference calls allow attendees to participate there are many advantages to actually seeing the person/people to whom you are talking.
Video conferencing works so well because it is easier for people to actually interact if they can see each other. This gives a natural replication of a face to face meeting which is often easier to manage than a conference call that is simply handled by phone. Simply seeing the expression on somebody’s face or reading their body language can be a real benefit here.
Nowadays, most video conferencing can also be handled in house — even for small companies — although you can use specific video conferencing suppliers here if you prefer. If you (and the person/people with whom you want to meet) have access to a computer, a webcam, a microphone, loudspeakers and a reliable Internet connection that can handle a video call then you can all hook up in minutes.
Video conferences that are managed via a desktop computer are often known as e-meetings. In some cases, however, some companies prefer to use specially designed video conferencing rooms where they set up dedicated and specially designed video conferencing equipment with large screens. Due to the cost involved this is usually most often taken on board by larger companies.
Smaller companies, however, do not have to miss out here and can use video conferencing providers for a range of related services. They can, for example, use a conferencing provider that offers video conferencing suites that are already set up and that can be booked for use as you like.
So, for example, if you need to talk to a supplier or a client on the other side of the world, you can book time in a suite and do it that way. This will be a lot quicker and work out a lot cheaper than having a face to face meeting.
This kind of conferencing solution can suit businesses of all sizes and all kinds of different business people. You can, for example, find global sales people checking in with their managers on the other side of the world via their laptops on a weekly basis. Or, large institutions and businesses can use video conferencing as a way of knowledge sharing and transfer as well as of facilitating cost and time effective meetings.

With people making use of the Internet nowadays, the way they communicate may never be the same as before. The telephone may be the most critical invention for communication to date, and this instrument has opened new windows for better and faster communications. In line with the Internet, people are now getting used to the fact that they can see, hear, and communicate their ideas well without meeting the other person face to face. With the help of the Internet, people are now enjoying faster communications, all with the use of the video conference.
Computer technology in video conferencing allows people to simultaneously share information through four channels: through video, audio, the digital whiteboard, and data files. A group of people can share both their voices and themselves by having a live camera image of them while they talk. The people who participate in a said video conference entitle them to have the option of sharing and working with their documents on either person’s personal computer. By discussing verbally and observing each other’s body language with the use of video cameras, any participant could edit their shared information and give immediate response or feedback, all without seeing each other in person.
This approach to communication technology paved its way not just for businessmen, but for the general public as well. With the decrease on the costs of video capturing and display technology, considering also the cheap cost of having a high speed Internet connection, anyone can make use of video conferences by using systems based on a webcam, a personal computer system, and software compression as well. In addition, the hardware used for this technology is getting better and better in quality, with cheap prices to boot. For the deaf and hard of hearing, this technology can help them communicate in terms of sign language, since this method is supported by video conferencing.
For students, the use of video conferencing gives them a chance to learn by actually engaging in a two way communication pallet. Also, professors and teachers from around the world can be bought in the classroom without using their passports. Video conferencing helps students from different countries and different cultures and learn from one another. Virtual field trips are also seen with the use of this technology, especially those students that are either isolated geographically, or economically disadvantaged. By having a video conference with a possible employer in another city, graduating students can effectively answer interview questions for a possible job after school. In all ways possible, video conference is actually helping students learn more.
In the medical field, video conferencing can also help with regards to sharing of diagnosis, consultation, and transmission of medical images needed. With the use of video conferencing, patients may call on nurses and physicians in either routine or emergency situations, thus saving more lives and making use of health care benefits. Indeed, video conferencing has opened new doors for better and faster communications. With continuous use and possible developments, this approach can be seen anywhere in a few years time.

Starting a successful virtual assistance business (or any business) is not for the faint of heart or for people who lack patience. Also, I’m not completely sure that being a virtual assistant is for everyone. Some people seem to have more success than others. Here are the five traits I’ve noticed that very successful virtual assistants have:
1. Ability to communicate I have only met of my clients.
99% of my communication with them is either via e-mail or via phone. Without the advantage of body language, it is sometimes difficult to get ideas across. Also, because you are not working in the same office as your clients and work for several clients, it is really important to be able to regularly communicate the status of projects to your clients.
2. Ability to create systems The key to a successful virtual business (or any business) is having strong systems in place.
The more the day-to-day work is systemitized, the easier it is to outsource work and concentrate on growing and marketing your business. Clients treasure VAs who can help envision, put into place and maintain these systems and processes.
3. Love of Technology The Internet is changing every day.
Clients depend on their VA to let them know about what is new on the technology front and help them to utilize the technology in their business. Good virtual assistants LOVE to learn and love to apply what they learn for their clients.
4. Partnership Mentality This works on two levels.
The first level is seeing yourself as a partner with your client. The thing that my clients tell me they love the most about having a VA is having a sounding board and brainstorming partner for their business. The other side of partnerships is being able to find and create partnerships for your clients. The VAs who are “naturals” are always thinking about ways to connect their clients with helpful people and resources.
5. Patience
Again, this applies on many levels. First and foremost, you need to have patience with yourself. Nothing good ever happens overnight and it takes time to start a successful VA business (or any business). If you have the right skills, you can make the learning curve shorter, but it will still take time to build a full practice, learn to balance the spinning plates of client work, business building and home life. Two thirds of businesses fail in the first five years — many times it is because new business owners give up before their businesses take off. You also need to teach your clients to be patient. Building a business takes time and e-mail lists and client rosters don’t grow overnight. The most successful businesses chart a course and stay with it as their businesses grow.
So, no… starting a virtual assistance business is NOT magic. But, if you have the right skills and the right attitude, it can be a magical business choice…

HD Conferencing – Under the Spot Light!
What does HD mean for business users video conferencing? They will see people clearly, in full-size, with no fuzzy image. They will be able to see facial expressions and body language clearly, hear everything and share multimedia presentations with ease. In essence, they will love it and the usage and return on investment will increase dramatically.
The video conferencing industry is undergoing an exciting transformation. High definition (HD) video codecs and flat panel display screens have made traditional videoconferencing virtually obsolete. Every form of video is moving to high definition, so arguably no longer should any video communication investment be made without the capability to use higher definition at low bandwidths.
The good news is that you can maintain existing SD investments and move to the next generation of HD video conferencing. With HD video conferencing you will see nearly 10 times the quality for the same cost as legacy videoconferencing systems. And, new generation HD video systems will work with SD capable systems because they are both standards-compatible.
Questions to better understand the need for HD Video Conferencing
1. How will we use video communications? What do our users want the most out of this experience?
The applications for video conferencing are endless. A growing number of people no longer work at a corporate headquarters and are highly distributed. And, over 60% of communication is non-verbal; therefore meeting face to face over distance enhances understanding and meeting outcomes.
Users want the experience to be as close to a real, in-person meeting as possible. They also want it to be reliable and simple to use.
2. What type of information and content will be shared during the meetings? Will there be several people in the room?
People want to walk into rooms and easily connect a PC that everyone can see clearly and interact with naturally. At times there may be one or two people in the room and other times 15-20, consider size to help in selecting the right solution.
3. How much bandwidth will I need to run higher definition video communication? Is it too much, do I have it?
The new generation of videoconferencing products provide dramatically better resolution and motion handling at all bandwidths from 384K to over 1Mbps. Typically you will need between 1 and 2Mbps to run HD video conferencing. Most businesses and even home users have plenty of bandwidth for exceptional video.
5. How will my new high definition video conferencing system interoperate with my current installed base of systems?
Invest in only standards-compatible systems. HD systems are interoperable with SD systems and work well for users. This transition to HD will not happen overnight but it is happening.
6. Can you really run higher definition video over the public Internet?
Yes, do not let anyone tell you that you this is not possible. Organisations should work with a qualified network service provider to plan the right network and opt for certain service levels as the application permits – but it is hard to argue with the cost of the public Internet.
7. Is high definition video communication cost effective?
That depends on the vendor you partner with. New generation HD systems are available at a £6 – 10K price range with all options included. It does not have to cost tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of pounds per system or room.
8. Where does Telepresence fit relative to high definition video communication?
High definition is the most important enabler to a Telepresence experience, enabling people to be the full size onscreen and scalable on a 16:9 display(s) without losing resolution. Some boardrooms and applications will require a fully integrated Telepresence room and others will use high definition video systems and large displays to meet the need at a lower price point.
9. What should I do next?
If you feel that video conferencing will benefit your business then you we would advise that you see a demonstration. Compare market offerings and invest in a future-proof solution for the next 5-10 years.
