So you want to know why you should bother levelling first aid? Well, I’ll tell you.
Learning and levelling the first aid skill will save you lots of time and money. How? Well, think about what you do when you lose health. You get food, that you most likely had to buy (unless you’re a mage), and then you sit down for thirty seconds or so and eat. But if you had the first aid skill, you’d be able to bandage up and be on your way in no time. Cloth drops very often from mobs, and you might as well use it!
If you’re a priest or other healing class, bandaging will save you precious mana that you would have needed to use to heal yourself. And learning first aid is so easy now that Blizzard discarded those pesky quests involved! All you need to do is go to the trainer each step of the way and learn the next skill.
If you run out of cloth, you’ll always be able to find more on the auction house, and usually for a very reasonable price. You may even be able to find a guildmate or friend who’s willing to give you some for free!
First aid is also necessary to complete a plethora of achievements in WoW as well, so if you’re into that sort of thing – and I sure am! – it’s a must-have. For a skill that is so easy to learn and costs virtually nothing, so many people ignore it and the benefits it brings. Don’t be one of those people – be smart and bandage up!

Since Blizzard announced that StarCraft 2 will not support LAN play, the Blizzard community became outraged. The community felt very strongly that LAN suppot was a core part of the StarCraft and Diablo series and it allowed friend to play with each other with little to no lag or downtime. Blizzard disregarded the communities reaction until the StarCraft 2 LAN petition reached 100k signitures (as of August 25, 2009 there are 128k signatures).
Recently, lead designer of StarCraft 2, Dustin Browder has announced that StarCraft 2 will finally ship with pseudo-LAN support. Their main focus for StarCraft 2 is to keep all their players in the same pool to increase to community size, while having all Battle.net and game features working all the time. They did not want to split the community by offering to many ways to play. Their new LAN system still requires an internet connection but to a very limited degree. With this new system players can skill access their friends list, verify their game, update their achivements, etc. while players are connected directly with their peers for low ping, high bandwith gameplay.
Lead designer of Diablo 3, Jay Wilson has confirmed that a system similar to this will also be included into Diablo 3.

Microsoft’s original Xbox had very limited online functionality, but the Xbox 360, released several years later, brought with it an incredible upgrade in the form of Xbox Live, Microsoft’s online gaming service for the platform.
For a small monthly fee, gamers could play endlessly with others from around the world. However, Xbox Live is a relatively new contender in the realm of online gaming. Other offerings from companies like Blizzard and Valve with their venerable Battle.net and Steam online communities, respectively, are also fantastic examples of online video game services. Nor can we forget the MMOs with their millions of players.
Online video games are here to stay, and they will become even more popular as these services mature.
Real Accomplishments
Online video games are the true tests of a gamer’s ability to play a certain title. Single player modes only feature AI opponents. While AI has come a long way from old games (in Medal of Honor, enemy soldiers would charge directly at the player, for example), it still has a long way to go before it can truly mimic human instincts and tactics.
However, online video games accomplish just that by pitting players against players, forcing gamers to adapt instead of settling into a set pattern of strategies for victory. Multiplayer alone vastly increases a game’s replayability factor and can breathe hundreds of hours of game life into a title that has already been thoroughly explored.
If you’re looking to test out a game, try out any number of online video game rental services. Before, gamers had to shop at a store like Blockbuster to try out a game for a few days. Now, gamers can often stream demos and temporary copies of full games directly to their computers or consoles which automatically disable and uninstall after the rental period is up.
They can also rent games online directly and have the physical discs shipped out to them through the mail. Also, many online video games, like MMOs, have trial versions of the games available, so players can try out a certain game for a week or so to see if they genuinely enjoy it.
The main difference between an online video game and a single player one is that the former keeps gamers interested for much longer. Even an “extensive” single player game like The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion with tons of fan-made mods and downloadable content installed will only keep gamers interested at most for fifty to one hundred hours at the outside of game-time.
On the other hand, online video games like World of WarCraft can keep players interested for a thousand hours of game time a year or even more because new content is added on a regular basis to keep players interested.

If you don’t have a lot of time to spend grinding, or maybe you just don’t like doing it, then it can be frustrating to afford to keep your character or characters in top condition. Epic Flying Mounts, Duel Spec Training, and recurring costs like Consumables and Enchants for new gear all mean you need a ton of gold to keep yourself going in WoW. Luckily, there is the alternative of gold buying available if you are willing. But a lot of people aren’t sure where the best places to buy gold are. This guide will tell answer the question “Where should I buy WoW gold?” by telling you a few of the best sites to buy from and explaining why they are so good.
The first thing everyone worries about it price, but it really doesn’t vary that much from site to site. Occasionally a site will run a special and drop their prices for a weekend or something, but usually the best sites will all have nearly identical prices. So if you want to buy from the best, you’ll need to look at more than price. After all, the other factors may matter a lot more in the long run.
Safety factors are some of the most important things to look at when looking at gold sites, or any online store for that matter. You want a site with a reputation for safety, because nothing sucks as much as getting ripped off. So how can you be safe? The easiest answer is to go with the obviously safe sites with big reputations, like WoWMine, SwagVault, or IGE. These sites service thousands of customers every week, and yet you never hear anyone complaining about getting scammed or having their money stolen.
The last thing you should consider when buying gold is whether or not the company takes steps to stay low-profile, and thus keep your transactions a secret. Sites that advertise in-game, for example, give away their IP addresses to Blizzard, meaning it is simple for them to figure out where the gold mules are and follow the purchases to you. And while buying gold won’t get you permanently banned, you will get the gold revoked and a temporary ban, and still be out your cash. So which sites are careful? Well, any site that advertises in-game is right out. The best sites don’t bother anyways. I’d say the absolute best for this purpose is SwagVault. They are always very cautious, and even use little tricks to conceal transactions even better.

This game is based on Blizzard`s Warcraft series of games and is a massive multiplayer online role playing game. For those who have been familiar with warcraft games, the story and names may feel somewhat similar as other games. Even for those, who are not familiar with such games, playing it is not a complicated task.
While starting the game, the first step is to choose the realm. A realm will be occupied by a group of people who will finish the game playing together. After choosing the realm, you need to create a character. In World of Warcraft there are two factions or sides namely the Horde or the Alliance. You can belong to either of these factions. After this you need to pick a race and the class in which you want to play. There are different classes of game namely warrior, hunter, priest, shaman etc. Once you decide upon your race and its class, you can customize your character.
It is a bit confusing at the start of race and the area in which you start depends upon the race you have chosen. To overcome the confusion, there is a box at the bottom of the screen called the tips box which continuously gives you hints on the game. This is very useful till you become familiar with the game. You can see your key controls by pressing `esc` and can also change your key bindings in order to suite you comfortably.
In the game world of Warcraft – you will find people standing around or walking with exclamation points over their heads. If the color of the exclamation point is gray it suggests that you are too low and have to return and can go back later and pick it, but if it is gold you can talk to the person carrying it who will give you a quest. If you find people with gold question mark – it means you have a quest to turn in to them but if the question mark is gray it will imply that you have not completed the quest.
Playing the game – World of Warcraft is really a big enjoyment and once you learn how to play the game and get going, you will really savor the enjoyment that it offers. WotLK Gold Guide is what every WoW players need in order to survive and maximize profits from all features offered by WotLK expansion. There are few aspects that a good WotLK Gold Guide should fulfill:
1. Northrend is a massive continent, it even bigger than the Outland. Instead of wasting your time doing trial and error finding the best farming spots, a good WoW gold guide should tell you where to farm and how to maximize your earning within the shortest time.
2. Auction House is still the fastest way to create profit if you know the method. With the new bestiary, dungeons, class, and profession, the supply and demand of certain items also change. A good WotLK gold guide will teach you how to DANCE WITH THE MARKET. In other word, it should teach you HOW TO IDENTIFY THE CURRENT HOT ITEM, stock them, and sell them at the right time. If you found a gold guide that told you to stock X and Y items then claim your money back guarantee immediately. The market always changes, so there is no way a single item can stay in high demand forever.
3. A good WoW gold guide will not leave you behind by said things like: “as soon as your reach level 60 use this guide..” or “after you reach Northrend, use this gold making method..”. No, it should guide your every steps from level 1, or at least provide gold making techniques for low level character.
4. Make sure the guide comes with a good support; try asking in its forum or support desk and see how fast your answer delivered. Different player will experience different difficulties when using a guide, usually because the class and profession you choose; see if the support desk can solve your problems.
5. Lifetime update is very important; you don’t want to throw your guide in the trash bin and buy a new one every time Blizzard release a patch, so make sure the author is an active player and he/she promise to provide lifetime updates, usually in the forms of newsletter or forum access.
6. I know that there are few cases when players find difficulties in claiming their money back, but money back guarantee promise is still the basic indicator you can use to measure the author’s confidence in his/her work.
Whatever class or profession you choose, a good gold guide will help you to maintain a steady flow of gold and maximize your earning through the most advanced method provided by the last patch; so make sure you pick your guide wisely.
As a common WoW player, Vincent Gottfried find that using a guide can help him to enjoy the game more without worrying about any complicated stuffs. Visit his blog and learn about the best World of Warcraft Leveling Guide to boost your leveling speed; the gold guide section will answer your question about How to Make WoW Gold. Having these two alone will solve alm

There are hundreds of MMO’s out there, but only a few of them are actually worth playing! Lets face it, MMO’s like World of Warcraft (WoW), Age of Conan (AoC) EverQuest II (EQ2) and Aion: Tower of Eternity all cost a fair penny, and no one’s got that much free time on their hands. In the end you’ve got to make a decision, which one do you pay to play? In this article we’ll look at a few of the more high profile mainstream MMO’s on the market and offer our thoughts on the matter.
World of Warcraft
What is it?: World of Warcraft, or WoW as it’s come to be called by those who play it regularly is probably the most polished and well defined MMO on the market. Released by Blizzard in 2004, it quickly supplanted the original EverQuest as the MMO game of choice for most, eventually becoming something of a household name. It’s played by hardcore and casual alike, by high school kids, forty -somethings, soccer moms and even among families as a sort of bonding exercise.
A new copy will set you back about $20, but you can pick up the World of Warcraft Battle Chest, which contains Classic WoW as well as the first expansion pack, Burning Crusade, for around $30, all in all a pretty good deal for the amount of game you’re getting.
Why is it good for you?: What sets WoW apart is the ease with which relative newcomers to the genre can set up a character and get into the game. Even if you’ve never played a videogame before, let alone an MMO, WoW’s earliest stages will take you by the hand and walk you through the finer points of the various mechanics you’ll need to be familiar with to progress. As with most MMO’s, WoW centers on a questing gameplay mechanic which sees you receiving quests and missions from various Non-Player Characters (NPC’s) throughout the games vast world, called Azeroth. Currency in World of Warcraft is called “gold” or “wow gold” and you’ll often get rewarded for the successful completion of these quests with in-game items of varying degrees of rarity, as well as a decent amount of wow gold.
One reason many players site for coming back to WoW month in, month out, is Blizzard’s terrific customer service and dedication to their fans. Since its original launch in 2004, the Irvine based developer has commendably kept gamers happy with a steady stream of gameplay patches and free content that fixes bugs, tweaks gameplay, and introduces new areas.
Over the past four years there have been three major expansions to the original World of Warcraft. The aforementioned Burning Crusade was released in 2007, followed by last years Wrath of the Lich King, and most recently Blizzard officially announced World of Warcraft: Cataclysm at the companies annual Blizzcon event in Anaheim Texas. Each addition has improved upon the original release and adds substantial content, including new races, new continents, enemies, quests, items, and raises the character level cap higher than what came before.
What are the cons?: Very few, if any at all. WoW will run on just about any machine post-2000. The ease of access will make it a cinch for even the most green of gamers to get the hang of, while the subtle depth of the gameplay and unparalleled variety of things to do and places to see will hold the attention of the most rabid hardcore gamer. The bottom line is that if you’re new to MMO’s, or are simply looking for the one “desert island discs” style game then look no further, World of Warcraft will keep you busy for years.
EverQuest II
What is it? EverQuest II (EQ2) is the direct sequel to what was (prior to World of Warcraft) the most popular and widely known MMO ever, EverQuest, fondly sometimes called “EverCrack” because of the games wildly addictive nature. That said, EverQuest II, while still a great game, never quite saw the same levels of success it’s predecessor enjoyed.
Currency in EQ2 is called Platinum, and much as in World of Warcraft you’ll be paid a certain amount of EQ2 platinum and receive goods and items for the quests you complete. The mechanics of gameplay, while similar to WoW, are perhaps layered with a bit more depth and it will likely take you a little longer to get the hang of things.
Since 2004, EQ2 has seen the release of no less than five full expansion packs, Desert of Flames, Kingdom of Sky, Echoes of Faydwer, Rise of Kunark, and The Shadow of Odyssey, as well as three smaller “adventure packs”, The Bloodline Chronicles, The Splitpaw Saga and The Fallen Dynasty. A sixth expansion pack titled Sentinels Fate, is due to be released in February of 2010.
Why is it good for you: If you’re a bit more of an old school RPG nut, EverQuest II is probably the most polished MMO on the market looking to scratch that itch. Additionally, if you’ve got the machine to handle it EQ2 is still a rather pleasing MMO to look at. Technically, if not aesthetically it runs rings around the aging World of Warcraft.
EverQuest II isn’t as user friendly, and it doesn’t hold your hand quite as much as WoW does, but that’s where a lot of the games charm comes from. If you can muddle through the laborious first few levels, and provided you’ve got the patience, you’ll be richly rewarded.
What are the cons? When EQ2 launched in November of 2004, it went head to head with what was at the time, a much more easily accessible and user friendly MMO in the form of WoW. This, coupled with the fact that EQ2 was essentially designed to push the limits of video card hardware, meant that getting into EverQuest II was a lot harder than it should have been. While a lot of concessions were made to make the game easier to get into than its more popular older brother, EverQuest II was still an experience that required a lot more patience and dedication from the average player. Even though it never has and never will attract the same massive subscriber numbers Blizzard’s MMO sees, the player base is no less loyal.
Age of Conan
What is it? At just over a year old, Age of Conan (AoC) is a relatively young buck on the scene. Early in its development cycle AoC was burdened with the title “WoW-killer”. Early promise, great graphics and a unique combat engine seemed to indicate that AoC would be a serious contender for WoW’s uncontested throne. In the end this never came to pass, WoW remains king of the castle and after a troubled birthing process Age of Conan seems to have finally found its niche, there aren’t too many mature MMO’s out there based on the works Robert E. Howard after all.
As with World of Warcraft and EverQuest II, earning items and currency in Age of Conan (called simply “ AoC gold”) will see you completing quests and missions for the various shady NPC’s that lurk in the games ominous the world, it’s dark, dangerous, and uniquely compelling stuff that separates it from the competition.
Why it’s good for you: Conan is probably the most “different” of the mainstream MMO’s currently available. Not only is it rated M for Mature, it’s also set in Robert E. Howard’s low-fantasy universe of Hyborea. Age of Conan is not for the squeamish, there’s blood, guts, severed limbs, decapitations, and the odd chance of encountering random instances of nudity in the game. All this however, serves only to underline just how much a change of pace the game is from the majority of MMO’s out there, you won’t find any orcs, goblins or elves in this game.
Another feature that makes Age of Conan stand out is its unique combat system. AoC implements a combo based combat queue, which sees the player lining up combos, and executing them manually by clicking on the corresponding directional strike buttons on a radial menu in the games user interface. It may not be Devil May Cry or God of War, but it’s the closest MMO’s have come, and if you’re tired of the relatively passive combat engines found in games like WoW and EverQuest, this should serve you well.
In addition, Funcom, the game’s Nordic developer has recently announced Rise of the Godslayer, the first Age of Conan expansion. This expansion will open up new gameplay areas and introduce a new playable race: the Kithan.
This next item could have been included in the “cons” column, but you really shouldn’t rebuke a game for looking great. AoC is definitely not as scalable as World of Warcraft, but it makes up for it by being far and away the most technically impressive MMO you can buy. If you’ve got the rig for it, prepare to be bowled over by the plethora of Direct X 10 features you’ll be treated to, from ambient occlusion to caustic ray rendering and high resolution parallax mapping, there’s no denying this game is drop dead gorgeous. If you’ve got the rig for it.
What are the cons? For the first twenty odd levels or so, Age of Conan will strike you as possibly the most focused and ambitious MMO ever made. NPC’s are rich with dialogue, quests are plentiful, unique and engaging, and the world is intricately detailed and beautifully fleshed out. After level 21, however, that all changes.
One of AoC’s biggest post-launch problems was simply holding on to the subscriber base it managed to leech off competitors like World of Warcraft. Beyond level 20, the content became less focused and worse, there was less of it. This meant that players had to grind longer to level up, a problem that only got worse the higher you leveled. By the time you hit level 80 (the game’s level cap) there was precious little to do except stand around and look impressive. To be fair, Funcom eventually remedied a lot of these issues with massive patches, these patches gave gamers vast new play areas for free, new quests and storylines to fulfill and follow, and various in-game systems such as crafting and character classes were entirely revamped… but it was too little too late, many of the early subscribers had long since jumped ship.
Hop aboard AoC today and you will find a world not quite what it should have been, a world that seems awash with the echoes of past glory, however fleeting. Servers have been merged to make the world more populous, and most of the folk still playing are grizzled veterans just as liable to gank you as soon as look at you. And yet, therein lies the appeal of this rough, unpolished gem of a game. Considering the source material it’s perhaps not entirely unexpected, and in fact may be quite fitting.
Ones to watch:
Aion: Tower of Eternity: Aion is the follow up to NCSoft’s cult hit, Guild Wars. Developed in Korea internally by NCSoft itself, Aion’s been met with positive initial impressions from the gaming press at large. It looks to combine WoW’s casual pick up and play approach with the unique feature of flight based combat. Currency in the game is called “Kinah” and as with WoW, AoC, and EQ2, is procured by completing quests and missions. Anticipation for Aion’s impending September launch continues to mount following a warm critical reception at the recently concluded Gamescom convention in Cologne, Germany.
Star Wars: The Old Republic: The latest game in the highly regarded Old Republic series is actually the second MMO to be based on the Star Wars license, the first being SOE’s Star Wars: Galaxies. Star Wars: The Old Republic, or TOR, is being developed by veteran RPG house Bioware, who are looking to bridge the gap between offline, single player RPG’s and online MMO’s. Bioware claims TOR will be the first ever fully voiced MMO, which makes it the most ambitious voice over project in entertainment history. Fans of Star Wars lore will no doubt look forward to playing the games Bounty Hunter and Sith Lord classes, currency in TOR is called Republic Credits, and you earn these and other in-game items by fulfilling quests and missions.

Hi ! players!
A lot of news about possible new features arrive with the upcoming Cataclysm expansion. I covered one of those recently, that being the possibility of new race/class combinations, ones that were previously unavailable to player characters.
Now, this feature would actually make a ton of sense, especially taking the following into consideration:
- The Paid Faction Switch service is coming soon, and adding these new combinations would bring almost 100% parity between factions in terms of classes available.
- Blizzard has been tossing quests that hint at these new combinations into the past few patches and onto the PTR.
- We’ve had the same 9 classes available for going on 5 years now.
- With new races being added in Cataclysm, there’s almost certainly no hero class.
- It’s quite likely that the new races will be unable to be Death Knights, at least at first.
- The leaked information from MMO-Champion suggests that Azeroth is getting a makeover, graphically and design-wise.
But of course, the WoW community is a fickle beast, and what they seem to be focusing on here tends not to be the gameplay benefits of adding new race/class combinations, but the “lore-breaking” aspects of said combinations.
Well, I don’t think any of these are unreasonable, and in fact many of them have precedents in lore. To make the discussion more interesting, I’ve brought in my lore-hound colleague Daniel Whitcomb, and we’ll expound on each new possible option to give you clear reasons why they’re not only plausible, but likely. On top of that, I’m bringing in our class columnists to give their insight on the new choices and explain their pros and cons in terms of gameplay!
Let’s start, shall we? Read more here .

For the beginner here is a brief of tailoring and a guide to leveling up.
WoW Tailoring is a primary profession that is not restricted to a certain class therefore anyone can train it.
Warlocks, Mages and Priests usually take up tailoring as a profession as they are cloth wearers and benefit directly from this profession as they create their own garments.
Tailoring is pretty cool in the way of that no special equipment or workshop is required to make tailored items. All you need is the tailoring recipe you wish to create and the ingredients and you can start.
When you are a tailor you will be making items such as these: bags(increase carry capacity- everyone needs these);clothes-shirts and dresses are popular and players might ask you to make them a tux for a wedding or special occasion.
Make sure to browse the AH to see what clothes other World Of Warcraft players want and then make those clothing items to sell in the AH.
The main items or ingredients for tailoring recipes are cloth. This can be found on humanoid corpses or kill a couple of humanoids yourself.
You might also require these for the tailoring recipes – leather-from a skinner, some potions-from an alchemist and possibly gems-fishing,mining or monster drops. Remember all these can also be purchased if you have enough gold from the AH .
Other players in WoW like to choose skinning and enchanting to go with tailoring as well.
At level 350 in tailoring you make a choice of what you would like to specialize in. There are 3 different selections and they are primal mooncloth, spellcloth or shadow-weave.
An extra benefit of specializing is that when you make an item you will create 2 by using only 1 batch of material. Pretty cool. You will also use only 1 cooldown even though you made 2 items.
Cooldowns are mandatory waiting periods that Blizzard implemented in the game that stops you from creating the same items the whole time. Once you have created a specific item you need to wait for 4 days or less or more before you can create the same item again. However when you specialize you can make 2 of that specific item for 1 cooldown period. Thereby doubling your output. So get to level 350 asap.
This is a brief note on the 3 specializations that you will choose 1 of:
Spellfire- 28-slot enchanting bag ,Arcane/Fire damage items, (Fire/Arcane Mage)
Shadow-weave – 28-slot soul shard bag ,Frost/Shadow damage items, (Frost Mage/Warlock/Shadow Priest)
Primal Mooncloth – 20-slot bag ,Healing, (Holy Priest)
Again, when you become a grand master in tailoring you will have to choose from 3 other specializations namely Spellweave, Moonshroud or Ebonweave.

World Of Warcraft Gold Guide
I know what it feels like to have very little gold in World Of Warcraft. It can be very frustrating. I noted this gold guide to help out some WoW players with some very simple gold making strategies. You know that you will need gold to level up your character and purchase things at the Auction House. The WoW gold market is therefore a very complex and cut-throat one.Illegal gold trading in WoW is roughly at over $1billion per year.
Why would you then want to make that choice getting your account shut down by Blizzard if you trade in illegal gold?So rather read on for some really simple strategies to make tons of gold in WoW the legal way.
Remember there are a gigantic amount of numerous ways that you can make tons gold per hour in WoW. Try them and see which you prefer as some might make you gold quickly and some might make gold a bit slower.
Checkout these real WoW gold making tips.
The following strategies are for making gold in WoW with your profession.
The fastest way to make gold is to rather just sell the raw material that you have gathered etc.. as mat stacks in AH.Rather focus on gathering items and selling them as is in the AH to players that are looking for those items. To clarify, focus on gathering items not crafting them for gold. Remember to scout out the AH regularly to see what other players require.
These gathering professions seem to generate gold a lot quicker. Mining, skinning, fishing and herbalism.
1. Fishing tips.
Try not to fall asleep while fishing, I know it can be tedious but it can also be quite good for gold if you find a black or golden pearl. You might need to open up many pearls before you find a black or golden pearl but it will be worth it.For a stack of 10 black pearls you can get 10 gold and 1 gold pearl is worth 30 gold.Good findings are near Feathermoon in Ferelas or near any high water areas. So fishing can be of great benefit to making gold especially at the higher skill levels.Try to get the best rod and lure that you can afford to skill up your fishing a lot faster.
Next we have Skinning
remember to buy bigger bags when you can as skinning items don’t stack all that well.Other professions such as blacksmithing, tailoring and leatherworking need skinning items so you can make enormous amounts of gold there.A clever way to gather items for skinning is just locate the positions in the quests where the players need to kill a heaps of monsters. You can then without having to fight go in afterwards and skin all you want.A great place for raptors, panthers and tiger skins is Nesingwary’s expedition to the north in Stranglethorn Vale. If its gorillas and devilsaurs you are after go and make a turn in Un’goro.
Make sure once you have levelled up a bit higher to go to Winterspring for Shardtooths to skin them for rugged and warbear leather. All the leather ,loot and skins you gather in Winterspring can score you 40 gold per hour, pretty cool.Stack the warbear and rugged leather and sell them in the AH for some great gold.
3. Mining
Remember that engineers and blacksmiths need mining items so mining is very profitable.Need iron and mithril? Head on over to Arathi Highlands. When you are there look for the Drywhisker cave near Hammerfall to mine lesser bloodstone that sells well in Auction house. There is also a cave to the north of Dun Algaz in the Wetlands where you can gather Incedicite ore to sell in the AH.
A couple of the best places for Mithril and Truesilver are Tanaris, Blasted Lands ,Searing Gorge & the Charred Vale.Thorium is nice for making gold in WoW as you can usually sell them for 10g per stack. While in the Thorium veins be on the lookout for Arcane Crystals as these sell for 12-15g a piece.. Position of these veins are in the following places Un’goro , Eastern Plaguelands , Winterspring or the Burning Steppes.Gathering Thorium and Arcane Crystals can get you 50g per hour.
Last but not least we have herbalism
You do not have to be an Alchemist to make some gold with herbalism. In this tip that I give you, you will just gather the items and not make the actual potions. You will also only be targeting the actual Alchemists that buy the herbs.Plagueblooms is a great herb to start with. Gather these in the eastern and western Plaguelands. Felwood might be less busy for Plagueblooms. Also in Felwood are herbs such as Gromsblood and Dreamfoil that can get you round 12g per stack. When done go over to the Hinterlands for some Ghost mushrooms, these babies sell for 20-25g.
These tips should get you on the right path.

Cooking is a very useful and valuable skill to have and when used in unison with fishing is even more valuable. Cooking isn’t a necessary profession in world of warcraft, and many gamers have often in the past neglected to choose this profession, but the substantial rewards such as an increased gold rate are what make this profession a good one. Because it’s not difficult to earn gold from the cooking profession, many gamers have given this profession a chance and get a lot from it. It wasn’t until the release of the Burning Crusade that players actually thought about using the cooking profession. The Burning Crusade opened up many different opportunities and encouraged players to use the Cooking profession. Making items that you can sell to other players is a very wise way to earn yourself some extra gold.
Cooking Guide:
Cooking requires a fire. What you will need to do in order to make a fire, is simply open your spell book, select “basic campfire” and your character will have created a basic campfire. The process to constructing a basic campfire is easy, but it wasn’t always this easy. Blizzard recently made an update to wow which allowed gamers not to require what used to be the three necessary items to constructing a basic campfire; Flint, Tinder, and Simple wood. This change to the game will just make cooking to be a more simple process for you, which was probably Blizzards goal in the first place. No further training will be required at this point.
When you’ve got your fire started open the spell book and find the cookbook. When you’ve got your cook book open, look at the recipes and choose the one you’d like to try. Keep in mind that your fire will only burn for a few minutes. Now it’s time to cook something. With your cookbook open select a recipe to make, and then click on the proper ingredients for that recipe. You will then start cooking. Take note that some recipes will require you to buy their ingredients before you can create them.
Advancing Your Skill
When you first begin cooking you won’t have access to many ingredients that would allow you to create more advanced recipes. To get past the initial beginner period and into levels 1 to 375, it’s best to begin at Ironforge. At Ironforge, buy 1 flour, 1 mild spices, and with these two items you will be able to cook Spiced Bread. Making Spiced Bread is simple and can easily help you advance to the next 39 levels. When you hit level 40 get yourself 30 mild spices. When you have 30 mild spices in your possession go to Auberdine. When you find Moonkins you will want to grind them until you get 20 eggs – if you can get more eggs the better, but this isn’t required. You can get to level 60 if you continue doing this.
Once you get to level 60 your next location will be Ashenvale. When you arrive at Ashenvale you will want to find Crawlers. Grind the Crawlers to get clams. There really is no limit, just try and get as many clams as you can, then go back to Ironforge. After this you will need to cook the eggs that you retrieved and sell them. You are going to want to cook the clams you got, so make sure you have a trainer who can teach you this. When you’ve done all this your skill level will be close to level 130. Once at level 130 you will need to get the expert cookbook. With the expert cookbook you will be on the right path to obtain level 375.

There are a lot of implications to “crossing the line”, so to speak, and becoming a WoW gold buyer. Because it is against the game’s TOS, Blizzard can and will ban your account if you are caught buying gold. That obviously is a risk that many people are willing to take since buying gold on WoW is such a hot market.
Another aspect to becoming a gold buyer is that you become a supporter of all the websites that sell WoW gold. Anyone who does business with these sites, not only can damage their own reputation as a player (many players do not like the gold selling websites at all). As anyone who plays the game knows, the cities are filled with chats from people wanting to sell gold. This is an annoyance to other players who just want to play the game the way it was designed to be played.
Hacking player accounts is another problem brought on by the gold sellers. Some (certainly not all) of the gold seller websites are the same people who are hacking into player’s accounts and cleaning them out. This is a particularly severe problem, especially if you’ve had your account hacked. The feeling is not unlike the feeling you get when you get if you’ve ever had your home or car broken into. Anyone who does business with the gold selling websites is indirectly supporting at least a portion of this hacking activity. True, it would still go on even if there were no gold selling websites out there, but on the whole, the “Wow gold buying and selling” business brings a certain element into the game that was never intended.
Another thing to consider is what do you do when you run out of gold. If all you’ve ever done is buy gold, your options are pretty limited because you’ll no knowledge of how to get gold any other way. That’s not a good situation to be in. You’ll either have to spend more real money to get gold, or learn how to get gold using “legitimate means (something most players learn early on in their playing careers).
So there are some things to thing about when it comes to making a decision on wether to buy gold on WoW. Personally, I would play “within the rules”, then if you really want to try out the gold buying route, feel free. If you find you don’t like it, at least you’ll have something to fall back on.
If you want to buy gold on WoW the best thing you can do first is make an informed decision of wether this is the right thing for you to be doing, particularly if you are a new player. 2. Do a little homework on the company you are planning to do business with before you lay out any money. This will be time well spent. Send an email asking some questions like “How long have you been in business?, Do you have any customer testimonials?, How long will it take to get my gold?”, etc. A disreputable company will provide vague answers, if they even bother to answer at all. A reputable company will reply promptly and thoroughly.
3. Find out if they have any discounts for volume purchases. Depending upon your budget, you may be better off making one big purchase rather than several small ones, particularly if you are buying gold for multiple characters.
4. Find out what their cancellation policy is BEFORE you place your order. Cancellation shouldn’t be an issue if you checked out the company using the tips above, but you should at least be aware of their policy before you place your order – just in case.

Making gold in the Auction House is something that can be time consuming and very frustrating. Luckily for you Blizzard has allowed users to make in-game addons to assist us at various levels. Below you will find some of the most popular addons that are used in conjunction with the Auction House and why you should be using them.
1 – Auctioneer
This comes in a package set with a bunch of other addons that will make your life easier. It has summary tabs for all of your auctions, it can scan the auction house and record price histories, it allows you to undercut auctions, and more.
If you don’t have the Auctioneer addon when you try to make gold in the Auction House you’d be setting yourself up for failure.
2 – Auctionator
This is a great tool to use with Auctioneer. While Auctioneer scans the entire Auction House and gives you pricing data, Auctionator will scan the auction house each item you drag an item into the sell window. This allows you to set your price off live market conditions without having to manually look things up.
Without Auctionator you’d have to look everything up before you sold it to know if you’re competitive. Both these WoW Addons allow you to create multiple auctions at a time.
3 – MailGet
What do you do with all of the Auctions? If you post 100 things a day and you go to your mailbox to get them out you have to click each one individually one at a time. This takes way too long. Luckily the MailGet addon was created. With this addon all you have to do is walk up to your mailbox, open it, and click Take All. It will grab everything in your mailbox, including auction house winnings. What more could you ask for?

Patch 3.2 is currently in development, and not yet on the PTRs. We’ve been told that it will focus on expanding the Argent Tournament that was introduced in patch 3.1, and we’ve also learned that it will feature new Druid form art and a new battleground, Isle of Conquest.
Wowgoldsbuy, now, is the best choice when you want to get the cheapest wow gold.
Today Blizzard posted a preview of some of the Argent Tournament updates, and it looks pretty cool. There are going to be two new Tourney-related quest hubs in Icecrown: a Cult of the Damned camp overlooking the Tourney, and a Vrykul outpost on an island to the north. The Black Knight will also be returning; I guess it was only a flesh wound after all.
There are also going to be new dailies and new rewards for players exalted with the Silver Covenant/Sunreavers, as appropriate. Silver Covenant and Sunreaver tabards, their ground and flying mounts, and a Shimmering Wyrmling pet are all mentioned.
Furthermore, those who have earned the Crusader title will get some more dailies, and some exciting rewards, including new heirlooms (!), a banner, a tabard that ports you to the tourney, a squire with a mount, and a Paladin-only charger mount.
New heirlooms, you say? Nice, but I wish they weren’t at the end of five tedious rep grinds. Oh well, time to get to work, I suppose.
Update: Blizz have edited the page to say the new squire will cost 150 Champion Seals to upgrade, will be summonable for 3 minutes every 8 hours, and will perform one of thee services: mail, bank, or vendor

The addition of the new Achievement System in World of Warcraft has given everyone a chance to see how many quests they have actually done since landing on Azeroth and it’s no surprise to many that there has been a few thousand quests completed in the world of Azeroth as well as the new content in Outland. After such a long run of the same type of quests, WoW players are now preparing for some ready for some variety in their quests as Blizzard has added a whole great deal of new types of quests in the new expansion Wrath of the Lich King.
Since the WotLK expansion pack was announced, there has been rampant conjecture about what might come along with the new content and after many months of Beta testing we know now a lot about what is coming. In between all the new epic armor, weapons and mounts what is not so obvious is the new quest types to try out we have available to try out.
From the very first quest you ever did in Azeroth it was soon apparent that questing in the World of Warcraft was going to involve a lot of killing and looting to get a set number of kills or items. Although this was extremely fun at the start the volume of quests and killing would often bury any creativity in the story. With Wrath of the Lich King expansion you will still have the old type of quests of gathering and killing, but now you will have a whole new bunch of new quest types to keep things exciting as you level up to 80. Some of the new types of quests spicing things up will include:
• Siege Weapons and Vehicles – Available not just for PvP these will make up a number of your normal quests as well.
• Chasing Mobs – Instead of just killing your prey these quest types will allow you to chase down mobs and capture them.
• Lore and Past Quests – A popular concept from the Burning Crusade expansion was the Caverns of Time in the past instance. This has been expanded into the live game world and now mixed with your normal quests.
This is just a small taste of some of the new content that has been added to the quests in Wrath of the Lich King. Additionally, Blizzard has added a whole heap of new Daily Quests starting at Level 68, meaning you can collect more gold in between questing to level 80 on Northrend and not just when you get to the end level.
This gives you more opportunity to build up your gold as you level, and are able to buy your new flying mount when you reach level 78. In general, the changes coming in Wrath of the Lich King will allow you a different way to play World of Warcraft, making it so that you can enjoy the game from dozens of new angles – just wait until you start white water rafting.
Dunk has been living on Azeroth since the start of World of Warcraft and has seen many warcraft leveling guides come and go from the market place and reviewed a lot more. Now with a whole new batch of WotLK leveling guides he is about to start the reviews all over again.
