Fact: Alex's complaint to the other customer was out of line considering he was originally complaining about a product which he purchased somewhere else and then dragged Besy Buy into it. Fact: Tom was well with in legal rights to ask Alex to leave even if Tom is a douche bag. He is responsible for the store and the employees of that store. Fact: It is possible that the Jawbone that Alex bought could have been defective from the manufacturer not every peice of equipment is perfect. I think if Alex wants to cry about being asked to leave he should think twice about bad mouthing a company while on their property. I have a strong feeling the comments were more like attacking Best Buy for selling the product at a more costly price then other places. Which does constitute bad mouthing which gives the store manager every right to ask him to leave. Asking for a gift card inreturnfor his hurt feelings only makes Alex look like one of those people who go into places and purposely cause a scene to get something for nothing.
