It’s always nice to know a little something about the person you hire for any job.

My name is Brad and here is a little bit about me and how I got involved with this line of work, if you have any other questions, just ask : )

bradley_saint_george.jpgI have been involved with computers for what seems like forever. My first self training was when I was just a kid on an old Texas Instruments TI-99. It had a speech synthesizer and a 300bps modem, then in the early 80s I got my first computer, a junk Timex Sinclair 1000 which I repaired to like new condition.   Just about as soon as I learned what a BBS was (similar to the internet but you connected via dial-up (telephone line) to a specific computer to view pages,  share files and play text based games) I became a Sysop (systems operator) of my own BBS called “Cyber Knights Club Elite" which was mainly a board for exchanging tech tips, ANSI  & ASCII art and of course old school hacking.  Then later I became the sysop of the "Unique Expressions BBS & File Library” running “Wildcat Platinum” I took out an add in a the Computer Shopper magazine (which back then was the size of a large phone book) and had callers from all over the world.  That’s also the first time I ever ran up a $1,500.00 phone bill for one month!

I have always loved computers and technology, I read everything I can about it and I stay up to date on the latest gadgets, tools and components.

I am completely self taught.  What I have not been able to learn on my own I have learned from my friends and associates, trading knowledge back and forth.  This puts me into an interesting category of computer repair folk, my non standardized training has allowed me to think "outside of the box" if you will.  Rather than just replace parts and systems, if my customers would like to save money; I will actually REPAIR then, something you do not actually see much nowadays.  Most "computer repair technicians" should actually be called "computer REPLACEMENT technicians"   I have seen so many times a customer who has been told they need a new motherboard or sound card, when the problem was simply a bios setting, or video cards they have been told must be replaced, when they only needed the correct software drivers.  In a nutshell, I take pride in what I do, I am an old school tech and I feel satisfied with my customers appreciation when I do the job right and save them money.

Enough about that now and back to me : )

So, I have done many things in my life, everything from repossession to maître d’hôtel.
One day I came to the conclusion that since my friends and family (and their friend and family I might add) were always calling me about computer problems, seems like I was diagnosing and fixing computers every day, which didn’t bother me of course because it was my passion. . . Then it occurred to me that my passion could also be my livelihood; Thus was born cheapest PC repair.   I take pride in working with my customers, assisting them with their needs, whatever they may be.

I also develop websites and web businesses, I offer photography, R&D for small companies, I offer various investigative / forensic services and of course, my passion and main livelihood: repairing and building computers.

If you are looking for a tech that will fill your ear with technical jargon and mystifications about the computer, one who will demand inflated fees and then take his time getting to your needs while putting on airs of grandiosity, you have are at the WRONG place.

On the other hand, if you are looking for someone who is confidential, honest and appreciative of your time and needs, a small company that will treat you with respect, courtesy and quickness, then my friend you most certainly have come to the RIGHT place – cheapest PC repair.

I look forward to speaking with you at your convenience and assisting you with your needs.
