A druid has many faces – a healer, a tank, a ranged dpser, a close combat dpser… You name it and the druid sure has a form that fits it. With all those choices it may be hard to learn how to really play a druid and when talking about PvP the question is even more pressing.

Contrary to popular belief, there isn’t a perfect build with perfect gear for PvP – it all depends on how you play it. So, abandon any prejudice about a talent tree being better than the other; it just simply isn’t true.

However, different talent trees do have different results when it comes to PvP – a resto spec means longer combats but greater resilience; a feral spec will mean massive dps; a balance spec means balance – compensating for the weak part of your druid. That is why it is important to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of a certain spec before diving into it.

After you chose a build, you need to learn the tricks that that build allows you: maybe you can bet more on healing when you are a restoration druid, or you can rely on your forms as a feral druid… Not only that, but you also need to realize that you will be weaker against certain classes and you need to know how your build offers strategies to either run for them or bring them down despite their advantage.

However, the strategy doesn’t end there – it is then time to learn how to fight each class in World of Warcraft, including other druids. In WoW every class is different and has its tricks and learning how to use them to your own advantage is a must (watching a rogue kill himself on your Thorns is most fun).

Finally, a good PvP druid is equipped with the right gear for its build and strategies and has a wide range of macros that make his life easier and his opponent’s a living hell. This is the last tier of creating a PvP druid, however, it makes the difference between good and perfect.

To learn how to choose a build and use it to your own advantage, as well as several general PvP strategies for your druid, check the free Druid PvP Guide on WoW Golden Tips.

"How do I use one monitor for two computers?"
If your monitor has a switch to control inputs DVI / VGA and you will be able to connect each computer to one of those inputs. You may need to buy a 2-Port KVM with Integrated Cableswhich lets you use 1 keyboard, 1 monitor and 1 mouse on 2 computers.
