For many players, leveling up in World of Warcraft to get to the end game can seem more like a job than a leisure activity. Thankfully, Brian Kopp’s WotLK 1-80 Northrend Alliance leveling guide is here to change that. His guide has been updated to cover levels 1-80 for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.

The guide offers a lot more than a PDF file. With the included in-game mod, you can interface with the guide right in your game window. This virtual “GPS system”, as Brian calls it, gives you the exact directions on where to go for every step of the guide. IThis is a great addition, as it allows you to stay in the game at all times without having to tab out of the game to read a PDF.

The Northrend Alliance Leveling Guide “GPS system” works like this::

The in-game window is resizable and allows you to adjust the transparency to your liking.

The window shows you the current steps and lets you click back and forth to see other ones.

When you are not using the guide, you can minimize the window. Mouse over the minimized window to see the details of your current step.

There is a waypoint arrow that shows up next to your character letting you know the direction to go and the coordinates show on the map. The distance and time to get there will also be displayed next to the arrow.

Each character has its own profile that keeps track of what step you are on.

If you prefer a PDF file, or just want to use one in addition to the mod, that is also available. This is not just for new players, seasoned WoW players will also find this guide very useful.

You owe it to yourself to check out Brian Kopp’s WotLK Northrend Alliance Leveling Guide if you want to level to 80 in the fastest time possible.

YOUR QUESTIONS
"How do I use one monitor for two computers?"
If your monitor has a switch to control inputs DVI / VGA and you will be able to connect each computer to one of those inputs. You may need to buy a 2-Port KVM with Integrated Cableswhich lets you use 1 keyboard, 1 monitor and 1 mouse on 2 computers.
