Step 4 is just all around messed up, and it should be two steps: delete C:\windows\system32\config\software[ENTER] copy C:\windows\repair\software [SPACE] C:\windows\system32\config\software [ENTER] It was enough to get an experienced person going though, but please consider updating the directions above.
